Do you need to get your documents authenticated for international use? Well look no further. I provide Apostille services for all California issued documents (ie Birth, Marriage and Death Certificates). Along with a number of other non-state issued documents (ie Business Documents, Background Checks, Diplomas, Power of Attorney) etc.

I provide fast and reliable apostille courier service for fellow notaries who either resides outside the state of California or those that are not close to the Secretary of States office.
Service Fees
$15 per Notarized Signature
$25 Printing fee if more than 10 pages
$40 Document Translation fee per page
$50 Travel fee 0-15 miles
$65 Travel fee 15-25 miles
$125 Apostille Courier fee - Notary is responsible for all shipping expenses.

State level Hague Countries only:
$175 per document
(3-5 business days)
$200 per document
(1-2 business days)
Federal level Hague Countries only:
$200 per document
(6-10 weeks)
NOTE: Non-Hague countries require additional processing and embassy/consulate fees. Pricing will vary as well as delivery time.
